Obviously a gaslighting narcissist can be any gender. This poem is in regards to a GN character who is a man however the signs are the same. If had known this I could have saved myself and my family years of suffering. I hope these words are helpful for someone- helping them to realise what has happened before it’s too late.

He’ll be charming attentive and seem wonderful
But all he’ll do is take take take and give you nothing in return
And whatever you give will never be enough
He’ll make you believe that you’re nothing without him
He’ll play around with your mind so you don’t know yourself
He’ll force you to say and do things that you don’t want to say or do
This is how he’ll gain control of you.
And don’t you think he can’t do this to you
Don’t think that you’re immune
It doesn’t matter how intelligent you are
He’ll still get to you he’s a toxic vampire – so
